What file type should I upload?
Logo files should be in a PDF or .AI file with all information you would like printed on the item included
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes. All artwork is kept on file for easy reordering.
Can I specify a PMS color for my print?
Yes. Just make sure to message us right away so it can show on your proof. Depending on the item we can either match the exact PMS or take the closest similar one.
Will I get to see how my item will look with my logo before it goes into production?
Yes, We send a proof with all orders. It might take up to 48 hours to receive it, It will show you exactly the color and logo size.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No. on most standard items with a one color print there's no additional setup fee.
